1. Your sponsor name is ISAMIZU and should be autopopulated.

2. Next, please input your personal contact information. If you are a US Resident, ignore the VAT number and National ID number for now. 

3. On the company information page, please click Small Entrepreneurs By Legal Regulation small business.

5. Skip the bank section completely unless you are interested in becoming a Healy affiliate and would like to receive bonuses and commissions.

6. Create a user name and password.

7. Registration is complete.
